Dani Romain - Co-creator & Executive Producer

Dani Romain was born in South Africa and immigrated to Toronto in 1986. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto's University College Drama program and attended the Digital Film and Television program at the International Academy of Design. In 1997, Dani met George F. Walker while volunteering at Factory Theatre and she soon found herself working as associate director on Walker's 'Suburban Motel' play cycle. The strength of their collaboration continued to evolve over the staging of 14 productions. Together they co-wrote the screenplay of 'Niagara Motel', a feature film based on three of the plays from 'Suburban Motel'. Dani co-created, co-wrote and co-produced 39 episodes of 'This is Wonderland' with George F. Walker.
